InLine sériový kabel DB9 samec / samec přímý 2 m

The InLine serial cable DB9 male/male direct 2m is a 2-meter beige data cable with male 9-pin Sub-D (DB9) connectors on both ends, intended for serial communication between PCs, servers and peripheral devices. It is suitable for connecting devices that use DB9 serial ports and supports reliable point-to-point data transfer for equipment with RS-232 compatible interfaces.

Advantages

This DB9 male-to-male cable provides a straightforward direct connection between two serial ports without additional adapters. The 2 m length offers flexibility for desktop and rack-mounted installations, while the standardized 9-pin Sub-D connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of legacy and industrial devices. The beige jacket makes it easy to identify among other cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting PC or server serial ports to modems, routers or switches with DB9 ports
• Linking industrial equipment, PLCs or measurement devices that use RS-232
• Serial console access for networking equipment and embedded systems

Recommendations

Use the cable for short-distance serial connections within the same rack or room. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling on the cable; keep connectors clean and securely fastened. For longer runs or electrically noisy environments consider using shielded or differential interfaces as appropriate.
