Optický kabel Microconnect FIB222001 InfiniBand 1 m SC modrý

The Microconnect FIB222001 is a 1 m OM3 multimode bend-insensitive fibre optic patch cable with SC connectors on both ends and a 50/125 µm core/cladding structure. Designed for high-speed short-reach links, this blue LSZH cable reduces signal attenuation when bent or twisted and is suitable for use in data centres, server rooms and structured cabling where 10G, 40G or 100G Ethernet transceivers are deployed.

Advantages

This OM3 50/125 µm multimode cable provides lower bending loss compared with traditional multimode fibres, improving installation flexibility in confined or congested conduits. The SC–SC connector pair offers a stable, easy-to-install connection and the LSZH jacket reduces smoke and toxic gas emission in case of fire, meeting common industry standards for indoor network cabling.

Suitable for

• 10G SR, 10G LRM and SFP+ transceiver links
• Short-reach 10G/40G/100G Ethernet connections within data centres
• Interconnects between switches, patch panels and servers

Key specifications

How to use

Inspect connector end-faces for contamination and clean if necessary before connecting. Plug the SC connectors into the corresponding SC ports on devices or patch panels until they click into place. Avoid tight bends at the fibre entry points and maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for multimode fibre during routing. When disconnecting, release the connector latch and pull straight out to prevent damage.

Recommendations

Use this OM3 SC–SC patch cable for short-reach multimode applications and pair it with compatible 10G/40G/100G SR-class transceivers. Store and handle the cable to avoid excessive bending or crushing, and follow site safety practices for LSZH cabling during installation.
