USB 3.2 Gen1 kabel A na A ProXtend USB3AA-001, samec na samce, 1 m

ProXtend USB3AA-001 is a 1 m USB 3.2 Gen1 A-to-A male-to-male cable that provides a straightforward wired connection between devices with Type-A ports. Designed for high-speed data transfer, the cable supports USB 3.2 Gen1 throughput up to 5 Gbps and enables plug-and-play connection of peripherals, external drives, docking stations and other Type-A equipment without additional drivers.

Advantages

The cable offers reliable data transmission at Gen1 speeds and is constructed for consistent signal integrity over its 1 m length. Its male-to-male Type-A connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of legacy and current USB Type-A devices. The plug-and-play design simplifies setup and reduces the need for wireless transfers, providing a stable wired link for large file transfers and peripheral connectivity.

Suitable for

• Connecting external hard drives and SSD enclosures to computers with USB Type-A ports
• Linking docking stations, hubs or legacy peripherals that use Type-A interfaces
• File transfer between two devices that support USB A-to-A connections
• Temporary or permanent wired connections where a 1 m cable length is appropriate

Key specifications

• Standard: USB 3.2 Gen1 (supports up to 5 Gbps data transfer)
• Connector type: USB Type-A male to USB Type-A male
• Length: 1 meter
• Cable use: data transfer and device connectivity; not intended as a power-only lead
• Compatibility: devices equipped with USB Type-A ports supporting USB 3.2 Gen1 or backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.1

How to use

Insert each USB Type-A male connector into the corresponding Type-A port on the two devices you want to connect. Ensure both devices support the intended data link and are powered on. After connection, most operating systems will recognise attached storage or peripherals automatically and allow immediate access to files or device functions. If a device falls back to a lower USB version, transfer speeds will match the lowest supported standard on either side.

Recommendations

Use the cable for direct, short-range connections and avoid tightly coiling it during storage. For best performance, connect between devices that explicitly support USB 3.2 Gen1 on their Type-A ports. If you experience reduced speeds, check device port specifications, try different ports, or test with a known USB 3.2 Gen1-compatible peripheral.
