ProXtend LC-LC UPC OM3 Duplex MM 1M optický kabel

The ProXtend LC-LC UPC OM3 Duplex MM 1M is a 1-metre multimode fiber patch cable designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission. It has a 50 µm glass core and LC connectors on both ends, supporting full duplex communication and conforming to OM3 multimode standards. The cable is jacketed with LSZH material and rated for operation in temperatures from -20 °C to 70 °C.

Advantages

This ProXtend fiber cable provides consistent signal integrity for short- to medium-distance links, supports duplex transmission with LC-LC UPC terminations, and complies with OM3 multimode performance. The LSZH jacket reduces smoke and toxic emissions in case of fire, and the cable’s temperature rating makes it suitable for typical data center and office environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, servers and patch panels in data centres
• High-speed Ethernet links and fibre channel applications
• Short- to medium-range multimode installations in offices

How to use

Inspect connectors and ports for dust or damage before installation. Align the LC connectors with the equipment ports and insert until they click into place to establish full duplex connections. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of mechanical stress; maintain minimum bend radius recommended for multimode fiber. For removal, depress the LC latch and gently pull the connector straight out.

Recommendations

Use dust caps when connectors are not in use, clean connector endfaces with appropriate fiber cleaning tools before mating, and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimise interference risks.
