How to use

Place the food into a compatible vacuum bag and position the open end in the sealing channel. Close the unit according to the manufacturer's instructions, select either the vac seal or marinate function depending on the task, and start the cycle. Wait for the machine to complete the process and release the lid before removing the sealed bag. For marinating, follow recommended times from recipes or the appliance manual. Use only bags designed for vacuum sealing and avoid sealing hot liquids without prior cooling or freezing.

Recommendations

Use high-quality vacuum bags or rolls and leave at least 5 cm of spare material at the open end for an effective seal. For items containing liquids, slightly chill or pre-freeze them to reduce the risk of liquid entering the pump. Do not overfill bags; leave space for proper sealing. Clean the sealing strip and device surface with a damp cloth after use and consult the included manual for maintenance and safety information.
