How to use

Place food in a suitable vacuum bag and position the open end in the sealing channel. Close the touch-sensor lid; the integrated servo motor will open and close the lid automatically and the unit will perform the selected vacuum and sealing cycle as indicated on the LCD display. For vacuum marinating or sous vide, select the appropriate program or adjust vacuum time according to the food type. To vacuum containers, attach a compatible container set and the required adapter (Art.-No. 99974) before starting the cycle.

Recommendations

Use bags and containers recommended by the manufacturer for best sealing results. Do not exceed recommended filling levels and ensure bag openings are clean and dry before sealing. Use appropriate vacuum settings for delicate or soft foods to avoid crushing.
