How to use

Fit a suitable 125 mm disc for the intended task and ensure the disc is rated for the grinder’s maximum speed. Secure the side handle in the preferred position for two-handed control and confirm that the workpiece is clamped or supported. Connect to an appropriate AC supply, start the tool and allow it to reach operating speed before applying it to the material. Use steady, even pressure and avoid forcing the tool; let the disc do the cutting or grinding. After use, switch off and wait for the disc to stop completely before setting the tool down.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection and gloves. Select discs rated for the correct material and speed, maintain a firm two-handed grip, and allow the tool to cool between prolonged operations. Inspect discs and guards regularly and replace worn or damaged consumables.
