Síťový kabel CABLETIME Cat8 S/STP 10 m černý

CABLETIME Cat8 S/STP 10 m black is a shielded twisted-pair network cable engineered to meet Cat8 performance requirements for high-speed Ethernet connections. This 10-metre black cable features S/STP shielding (overall braided shield plus individually shielded pairs) to reduce electromagnetic interference and preserve signal integrity over short to medium runs. Designed for environments where high bandwidth and low crosstalk are important, it is compatible with standard RJ45 Ethernet interfaces and suitable for data centers, server rooms and demanding home or office networks.

Advantages

The CABLETIME Cat8 S/STP cable delivers higher frequency performance and improved noise rejection compared with lower-category unshielded cables. Its S/STP construction provides both overall and per-pair shielding to minimize external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk. The 10 m length supports flexible routing without significant attenuation for short link applications. Constructed to standard RJ45 pinout and Cat8 electrical characteristics, it enables stable, high-bandwidth links for 25G/40G-capable network equipment where applicable.

Suitable for

• Data centers and server racks requiring short, high-speed interconnects
• Server rooms and network closets with potential electromagnetic interference
• High-performance home or office networks connecting switches, NAS or routers
• Patch cabling between switches and patch panels in structured cabling systems

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end of the CABLETIME Cat8 S/STP to the Ethernet port of your switch, router or network device and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Route the cable in a way that avoids sharp bends and excessive tension to preserve shielding and conductor integrity. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and latched. For installations within racks or conduits, maintain separation from high-voltage power cables where possible to further reduce interference. Verify link speed and duplex settings on network equipment after installation to confirm expected performance.

Recommendations

Use this shielded Cat8 cable for short runs up to 10 m where reduced electromagnetic interference and higher bandwidth are required. For best results, pair with compatible shielded connectors and grounded equipment to preserve the effectiveness of S/STP shielding. Avoid running alongside heavy power lines and keep bend radius at or above manufacturer recommendations.
