Optický kabel ROLINE 21159471 1 m E-2000 (LSH) LC

The ROLINE 21159471 1 m OM4 fibre optic cable with E-2000 (LSH) to LC connectors is designed for short-reach, high-bandwidth optical links in data centres, telecom closets, and network racks. The cable uses a 50 µm multimode core optimized for OM4 performance, supporting full-duplex transmission and low insertion loss across typical multimode wavelengths. Its compact 1 m length and factory-terminated connectors simplify patching between SFP/SFP+ transceivers, patch panels and active equipment with E-2000 or LC interfaces.

Advantages

The OM4 multimode fibre core delivers improved modal bandwidth for higher data rates over short distances compared with lower-grade multimode fibres. The combination of an E-2000 (LSH) connector and an LC connector provides a secure, low-reflection connection on one end and a widely compatible small-form-factor interface on the other. Factory-terminated polished endfaces and color-coded booting reduce installation time and help maintain consistent optical performance.

Suitable for

• Short-reach high-speed links within data centres and server rooms
• Patching between transceivers and patch panels with E-2000 or LC ports
• Multimode fibre backbone and horizontal cabling in enterprise networks
• Connections for 10 Gbit/s and higher multimode optical equipment within OM4 distance limits

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM4 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Length: 1 m
• Connector A: E-2000 (LSH)
• Connector B: LC (single duplex)
• Transmission: Full duplex
• Typical use: Short-range, high-bandwidth multimode links

How to use

Identify the correct ports on your transceivers or patch panels and ensure both ends are clean before connecting. Align the E-2000 (LSH) connector with the corresponding receptacle and engage its latch according to the connector’s handling method; insert the LC connector into the LC socket until it clicks. Avoid bending the fibre beyond its minimum bend radius and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors. When removing, release latches gently and pull straight to avoid damaging the polished endfaces.

Recommendations

Clean connector endfaces with appropriate fibre cleaning tools prior to installation, keep cable routing within recommended bend radius, and use dust caps when ports are not connected. Match this OM4 cable to OM4-rated transceivers and equipment to achieve expected performance and distance characteristics.
