Optický adaptér duplex LC/LC SM keramická objímka modrý InLine 89989D

The InLine Fiber Optical Adapter Duplex LC/LC SM with ceramic sleeve (blue) provides precise alignment for single-mode LC connections. Designed as a bush-mount adapter, it enables secure mating between two LC connectors and supports high-speed data transmission in fiber optic installations. The adapter features a ceramic ferrule inside the sleeve for low insertion loss and consistent optical performance, and includes mounting provisions for panels and distribution trays.

Advantages

The ceramic sleeve ensures stable alignment and low wear over repeated matings. Duplex LC/LC configuration allows two channels in a single adapter body, saving space in patch panels. The blue colour denotes single-mode compatibility and helps with visual identification. Flanges and screw holes permit firm installation in patch panels, wall boxes or optical distribution frames.

Suitable for

• Single-mode fiber patch panels and distribution frames
• FTTx and telecom network terminations
• Data centre fiber links and backbone connections
• Optical wall boxes and equipment mounting

Key specifications

• Type: Duplex LC/LC adapter
• Sleeve material: Ceramic
• Colour: Blue (single-mode)
• Mounting: Bush mount with flanges and screw holes
• Brand: InLine, MPN: 89989D, EAN: 4043718194667

How to use

Mount the adapter onto the panel or distribution tray using the provided flanges or screws. Insert LC connectors into each adapter port until they click into place, ensuring proper endface contact. For disconnection, press the LC latch and withdraw the connector straight out to avoid damaging the ferrule. Follow standard fiber handling practices to keep endfaces clean and to prevent excess bending of fiber cables.

Recommendations

Use fiber endface cleaning tools before mating connectors, avoid touching the ceramic sleeve or connector endfaces, and secure cable routing to maintain minimum bend radius for single-mode fibers.
