InLine optický duplexní kabel SC/SC 9/125µm OS2 15m

InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable SC/SC 9/125µm OS2 15m provides a single-mode duplex connection with a 9 µm core, suitable for long-distance and high-speed data transmission. The cable uses OS2 fiber and SC connectors on both ends to support reliable full-duplex networking in telecommunication and data center environments.

Advantages

The 9/125µm single-mode construction and OS2 specification enable low attenuation over long runs. SC/SC duplex connectors ensure straightforward, keyed connections with stable optical performance. A 15 m length offers flexibility for linking equipment across racks or between rooms without additional splicing.

Suitable for

• Telecommunication links and long-distance network backbones
• Data center interconnections and server-to-switch cabling
• Fiber optic test setups and lab environments requiring duplex SC terminations

How to use

Ensure both transceivers or patch panels accept SC duplex connectors. Clean connector end-faces before mating to avoid signal loss. Align and insert the SC connectors until they click into place. For cable routing, avoid sharp bends and secure the cable to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Store the cable coiled with a radius that exceeds the minimum bend radius recommended for 9/125µm single-mode fiber. Use appropriate fiber cleaning tools and inspect connectors regularly to maintain optimal link performance.
