InLine optický duplexní kabel LC/LC 50/125µm OM4 15m

The InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable LC/LC 50/125µm OM4 15m is a duplex multimode fiber patch cable with LC connectors on both ends and a 15-meter length. It uses a 50/125 µm core/cladding dimension and OM4 multimode glass to support higher bandwidth and reduced modal dispersion compared with lower OM grades. The cable is intended for full-duplex optical links in networking environments where reliable, low-loss connections and standardized LC terminations are required.

Advantages

This OM4 duplex cable delivers high bandwidth capability and improved modal performance for multimode systems, enabling longer reach and higher data rates compared with OM1–OM3 fibers in comparable setups. The LC/LC terminations provide compact, standardized connections that fit many switches, transceivers and patch panels. With a 15 m length, the cable offers flexibility for rack-to-rack connections and structured cabling runs without adapters or converters.

Suitable for

• Data center patching between switches, transceivers and servers
• Enterprise network backbone and horizontal cabling where multimode OM4 is specified
• High-speed links such as 10G, 25G and aggregated multimode connections where OM4 performance is required

Key specifications

• Fiber type: Multimode OM4
• Core / cladding diameter: 50/125 µm
• Connector type: LC to LC duplex
• Length: 15 m
• Mode: Duplex, full-duplex optical link

How to use

Route the InLine LC/LC duplex cable along the intended cable path, avoiding sharp bends and pressure points. Insert each LC connector into the corresponding LC port until it clicks, observing correct polarity for transmit and receive pairs. When disconnecting, press the LC latch and pull straight to avoid damaging the connector. Verify link status and signal quality using appropriate network equipment or optical test tools after installation.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable to prevent tight bends below the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius and protect connector endfaces from dust and contamination by using dust caps when disconnected. Use OM4-qualified transceivers and maintain correct polarity for duplex links to achieve expected performance.
