InLine optický duplexní kabel LC/ST 9/125µm OS2 2 m

The InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable LC/ST 9/125µm OS2 2m provides a reliable fiber optic connection for high-speed data transmission. With a 9 µm core diameter and OS2 single-mode specification, it is designed to minimise signal loss and maintain transmission quality over typical installation distances. The cable features an LC connector on one end and an ST connector on the other, supporting full-duplex links between compatible networking devices. Its 2 m length offers installation flexibility for home and professional environments.

Advantages

This duplex fiber cable combines the precision of a 9/125 µm single-mode core with industry-standard LC and ST connectors to ensure consistent, low-loss connections. The OS2 specification supports long-distance, single-mode transmission characteristics and the 2 m length balances reach with neat cable management. The cable is suitable for environments where stable, high-performance fiber links are required.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices with LC and ST ports
• Single-mode fiber links for data centres and server rooms
• Telecommunications and structured cabling installations
• Home or small office fiber connections requiring full-duplex communication

How to use

Inspect the LC and ST connector ends for dust or debris before connection and clean if necessary using appropriate fiber cleaning tools. Insert the LC connector into the LC port and the ST connector into the ST port until they engage securely. Ensure proper strain relief and routing to avoid sharp bends that could increase attenuation. For best results, verify link status and test signal quality with suitable fiber test equipment after installation.

Recommendations

Store the cable with gentle coils to prevent kinks, avoid bending below the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius, and keep connector end faces covered when not in use to maintain optical performance.
