Chladič Intel AXXSTPHMKIT

The Intel AXXSTPHMKIT is a tower passive heatsink kit engineered for use with the Intel® Server Board S2600ST in a P4000 chassis. One kit is required for each processor installed. The grey-coloured heatsink provides passive thermal management to dissipate processor heat without active fans, supporting reliable operation in server environments.

Advantages

The heatsink offers efficient passive cooling suitable for systems where airflow is provided by chassis fans, a compact 0.62 kg weight for easy handling and installation, and a neutral grey finish for unobtrusive integration into rack-mounted hardware. It is a purpose-built solution compatible with Intel server board mounting requirements.

Suitable for

• Intel® Server Board S2600ST installations in P4000 chassis
• Server environments relying on chassis airflow rather than socket fans
• Systems requiring passive, maintenance-free processor cooling

Key specifications

• Type: Heatsink/Radiatior
• Weight: 0.62 kg
• Product colour: Grey
• Manufacturer: Intel (MPN: AXXSTPHMKIT)

How to use

Install one heatsink kit per processor on the Intel® Server Board S2600ST following the server board and chassis installation guides. Ensure proper thermal interface material is applied between the processor and heatsink, align the heatsink with the board mounting points in the P4000 chassis, and secure it according to the provided mounting instructions. Verify that chassis fans provide adequate airflow for passive cooling.

Recommendations

Use this passive heatsink in systems with confirmed chassis airflow and ambient conditions within the server specification. Regularly inspect chassis airflow paths for dust buildup and maintain recommended system ventilation to ensure effective passive cooling.
