Chladič HPE 775404-001

The HPE 775404-001 is a high-efficiency screw-down type heatsink/radiator engineered for HP Enterprise servers. It is designed for effective thermal management of processors rated at 135W and above, and can also be used with lower-wattage processors to improve cooling and help reduce power-related thermal stress.

Advantages

This heatsink provides reliable heat dissipation through a screw-down mounting mechanism that ensures stable contact with the processor. It is compatible with HP Enterprise systems and supports high-wattage CPUs, helping to maintain system stability and reduce the risk of overheating. The design allows use on lower-wattage processors to assist in lowering operating temperatures.

Suitable for

• Cooling processors in HP Enterprise servers
• Processors with TDP of 135W or higher
• Upgrading or replacing server cooling components
• Reducing operating temperatures for lower-wattage CPUs
