BlueOptics NYH70-BL InfiniBand optický kabel 3m SFP+ samec/samec

The BlueOptics NYH70-BL InfiniBand Fibre Optic Cable 3m SFP+ Male/Male is a 3-metre multimode fibre cable with SFP+ compatible terminations on both ends. Designed for high-bandwidth interconnects, this cable supports low-latency links between switches, servers and storage arrays in data centres and enterprise network racks. The single-length, factory-terminated cable reduces installation time and ensures consistent signal quality over short to medium distances.

Advantages

This InfiniBand fibre optic cable provides reliable high-speed data transmission with SFP+ male connectors at each end, offering stable electrical and optical interfaces for compatible transceivers. The pre-terminated construction eliminates the need for on-site splicing or connector assembly, simplifying deployment. Its 3 m length is suitable for rack-to-rack and chassis connections while maintaining signal integrity and minimizing insertion loss.

How to use

Route the cable through the rack or cable management path to avoid sharp bends and undue stress. Insert each SFP+ male connector into the appropriate SFP+ receptacle on network equipment or transceiver modules until it latches. Verify link status and optical/port indicators on connected devices to confirm a successful connection. If replacing an existing link, power down equipment where recommended by the hardware manufacturer before disconnecting and reconnecting the cable.

Recommendations

Avoid tight bends and excessive pulling force; maintain recommended bend radius for multimode fibre to prevent signal degradation. Use proper ESD precautions when handling SFP+ connectors and transceivers. For best results, pair this cable with compatible InfiniBand or SFP+ transceivers and check link speed and duplex settings on connected devices.
