VGA kabel GOOBAY 93009 — samec-samec, délka 50 m, analogové video

GOOBAY 93009 VGA cable is a 50 m male-to-male analog video cable designed to connect VGA-equipped devices such as PCs, monitors, projectors and video processors. It carries RGB analog video signals across long distances and is intended for installations where reliable analog transmission is required. The cable features robust connectors and shielding to limit signal degradation and interference over extended runs, making it suitable for presentation rooms, classrooms and surveillance displays.

Advantages

The cable provides a single-cable solution for transmitting analog RGB video over a 50-m distance without the need for active repeaters in short to medium-length installations. Durable metal-shell connectors ensure secure mating with standard VGA ports and reduce the risk of connector wear. Shielding along the cable helps suppress electromagnetic interference and maintain consistent image quality. The male-to-male configuration supports straightforward connections between source and display devices with standard 15-pin VGA interfaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers to monitors or projectors in conference rooms and classrooms
• Wiring analog video feeds in surveillance monitoring stations
• Linking legacy VGA equipment in offices and industrial control systems

Key specifications

• Cable type: analog VGA (male-to-male)
• Length: 50 m
• Connector: 15-pin D-sub (VGA) male on both ends
• Signal support: RGB analog video
• Shielding: braided and foil layers for interference reduction
• Construction: round cable with reinforced connector strain relief

How to use

Connect one end of the GOOBAY VGA cable to the VGA output of the source device (computer, laptop docking station or video processor) and the other end to the VGA input of the target display (monitor, projector or video wall controller). Tighten the connector thumbscrews by hand to secure the connection and ensure reliable contact. After connecting, configure the display resolution and refresh rate on the source device to match the capabilities of the display. For very long runs, verify image quality and adjust display settings as needed.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines or large electrical equipment to reduce potential interference. Use cable channels or clips to secure the cable and minimize mechanical stress on connectors. If signal quality degrades over the 50 m run, consider adding an active VGA signal booster or switching to a digital interface where feasible.
