VGA kabel EFB Elektronik K5326SW.15V2 15 m

The EFB Elektronik K5326SW.15V2 15 m VGA cable is a black video connection cable with VGA (D-Sub) connectors on both ends. It transmits analog RGB signals between VGA-compatible devices such as monitors, projectors and graphics cards, offering a long-reach solution for installations where device and display are separated by significant distance. The cable construction is aimed at maintaining signal integrity over a 15 metre run while providing a professional appearance and flexible handling for routing in office, classroom or conference-room environments.

Advantages

This VGA cable provides a full-sized D-Sub connector at each end for straightforward, tool-free connection to standard VGA ports. The 15 m length enables placement flexibility without the need for intermediate extenders, and the black jacket offers discreet integration into most AV setups. The cable is designed to minimise signal loss across its length and to withstand repeated connection cycles and movement, supporting reliable video transmission in daily use.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers to external monitors across longer distances
• Linking laptops or media players to projectors in meeting rooms or classrooms
• Wiring AV racks or podium setups where display and source are not adjacent

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 m
• Connector type (each end): VGA (D-Sub)
• Cable colour: Black
• Signal type: Analog RGB video
• Connector size: Full-size 15-pin D-Sub

How to use

Align the 15-pin D-Sub connector with the VGA port on the source and display devices, insert gently and secure the screws by hand to ensure a firm mechanical connection. Use a straight cable routing path where possible and avoid sharp bends at the connector ends. For best results, connect the source device first, then the display, power on devices and select the VGA input on the display. Adjust display resolution and refresh rate in the device settings to match the capabilities of the connected monitor or projector.

Recommendations

For optimal picture quality, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as unshielded power lines, large transformers or high-current equipment. If signal degradation is noticed at long distances, check connector seating and consider using a signal booster or switching to a digital interface where available. Coil excess cable loosely to prevent kinks and avoid running the cable parallel to mains wiring for extended lengths.
