Pour the measured water into the heating plate area, arrange eggs on the tray or place foods on the poaching/steaming tray, then close the lid and switch the unit on. The appliance will heat the water and stop automatically or signal when the cycle is complete. Allow eggs to cool briefly in cold water if needed before handling or peeling.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use the included measuring cup for each cycle and follow the manufacturer’s water amounts for soft, medium and hard eggs. Clean removable trays after each use and avoid submerging the base. If steaming vegetables, cut pieces into even sizes to ensure uniform cooking. Store the appliance in a dry place and make sure the cord is stowed in the integrated compartment when not in use.
