Durable connectors (Type A and Type B) allow reliable, standard USB connections to printers, scanners and other peripherals.

Recommendations

For reliable performance at the full 480 Mbit/s rate, use with devices and host ports that support USB 2.0 High Speed. Keep cable runs away from strong electromagnetic sources and do not place heavy objects on the cable. For permanent installations, allow some slack and secure the cable to prevent strain on connectors.
