The DeLOCK TOSLINK Standard Cable (male–male) 3 m is an optical audio connection cable designed for digital transfer between devices with TOSLINK ports. It features gold-plated connectors and an aluminium housing, and the cable is magnetically shielded to reduce interference. The anthracite finish provides a neutral, unobtrusive appearance suitable for home AV setups.

Advantages

The cable supports optical transfer of digital audio signals, offers gold-plated connectors for reliable contact and signal transmission, and has an aluminium housing that increases connector durability. Magnetic shielding reduces electromagnetic interference, helping to maintain audio quality over the 3 m length.

How to use

Align each TOSLINK connector with the optical port on the source and destination devices, then insert gently until it seats. Ensure both devices are powered off or volumes are set low when connecting to avoid unexpected signal bursts. After connecting, select the optical audio output in device settings if required and verify audio signal transmission.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tight bending near the connectors and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources. Use the 3 m length for typical living room or media cabinet setups and inspect connectors periodically for dust or debris before insertion.
