Tester síťových kabelů LogiLink WZ0015P černý

The LogiLink Network Cable Tester WZ0015P is a compact tool for testing and troubleshooting network and telephone cabling. It supports testing of Ethernet cables (Cat5, Cat6, Cat7) with RJ45 connectors, telephone cables with RJ11/RJ12, and coaxial cables with BNC. The unit includes a remote terminator for testing installed cable runs and a built-in PoE finder to detect whether Power-over-Ethernet is present and whether it is delivered on endspan (pairs 1-2/3-6) or midspan (pairs 4-5/7-8).

Advantages

The tester provides quick identification of wiring faults and open/short conditions, offers broad connector compatibility (RJ45, RJ11, RJ12, BNC), and features a clear LED indication for easy result reading. Its compact, portable design and included remote make it suitable for field use, and the integrated PoE finder adds convenient detection of PoE presence without additional equipment.

Suitable for

• Installation and testing of Ethernet cables (Cat5/Cat6/Cat7)
• Testing telephone lines with RJ11/RJ12 connectors
• Checking coaxial cabling with BNC connectors
• Verifying cable runs in residential and small commercial networks
• Detecting presence and type of Power-over-Ethernet on network ports

Key specifications

• Supported connectors: RJ45, RJ11, RJ12, BNC
• Supported cable types: Cat5, Cat6, Cat7, telephone, coaxial
• PoE detection: indicates endspan (1-2/3-6) or midspan (4-5/7-8)
• Display: LED indicators for cable mapping and fault identification
• Includes remote terminator for testing installed runs

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the main unit and the other end to the remote terminator (or to the port under test). Turn on the tester and observe the LED sequence to identify wiring order, open/short faults or crossed pairs. To check for PoE, connect the tester to the network port and read the PoE finder indication which shows whether PoE is present and whether it is on endspan or midspan pairs. Use the remote to test cables already installed in walls or patch panels.

Recommendations

Use the tester on de-energized lines where possible and follow standard safety procedures. For accurate PoE detection, connect directly to the port or cable pair under test and avoid adapters that may change wiring. Store the unit and remote in a protective case to prevent damage during transport.
