SVGA kabel VALUE M/M 20 m

The VALUE SVGA Cable VALUE M/M 20m is a 20-metre VGA (D-Sub, HD15) lead designed to connect computers, laptops or video sources to monitors, projectors and other display devices. With HD15 connectors on both ends and a black jacket, the cable provides a straightforward wired solution for analogue video transmission over longer distances where digital interfaces are not required or available.

Advantages

This SVGA cable offers extended reach with a full 20 m length while retaining the standard HD15 connector format for wide device compatibility. The plug‑to‑plug design ensures simple installation without additional adapters. The cable jacket and connector housings are built for everyday use in home, office and classroom settings, providing reliable signal continuity for analogue VGA video connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs and laptops to VGA monitors
• Linking computers to VGA projectors in meeting rooms and classrooms
• Replacing or extending existing VGA installations in offices
• Temporary AV setups where analogue video is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Connector type: VGA (D-Sub) HD15 on both ends
• Signal type: Analogue video (SVGA/VGA)
• Colour: Black
• Configuration: Male-to-male

How to use

Insert one HD15 connector into the VGA output of the source device and the other into the VGA input of the display device, then secure the thumbscrews to ensure a stable mechanical connection. Use the full cable length to position the display at the required distance from the source; avoid excessive bending or tight coils around sharp edges. If signal quality appears reduced at long distances, check both connector seating and the display input settings on the receiving device.

Recommendations

For the best analogue video performance, keep the cable away from high‑current power cables and sources of electromagnetic interference. When routing the cable, avoid sharp bends and secure it with cable ties at gentle intervals. If you need to connect devices with different connector types, use appropriate adapters rated for analogue VGA signals.
