Stahová páska ocelová DeLOCK 18819

The DeLOCK 18819 cable tie is a stainless steel fastener designed for space-saving bundling of individual cables, wires and tubes. Each tie measures 400 mm in length and 4.6 mm in width; this pack contains 10 pieces in white. The steel construction provides high heat resistance, tensile strength and corrosion resistance for durable cable management in various environments.

Advantages

Made from steel, these cable ties offer increased mechanical strength and long-term durability compared with plastic alternatives. The stainless material ensures resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. Each tie features a self-locking ball lock that enables quick and reliable fixation without additional components.

Suitable for

• Bundling power and data cables
• Securing wiring harnesses in industrial equipment
• Fixing tubes and hoses in machinery and vehicles
• Outdoor and marine applications where corrosion resistance is required

Key specifications

How to use

Wrap the cable tie around the bundle and insert the tail through the self-locking ball lock. Tighten the tie by pulling the tail until the desired tension is reached. If a consistent tension or a flush cut is required, use a dedicated stainless steel cable tie installation tool to tension and trim the tail cleanly.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, select the appropriate tie length and width for the bundle diameter; avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to cable insulation. For repeated or high-tension applications, use a suitable installation tool and inspect ties periodically for corrosion or wear.
