How to use

Thread the machine according to the user guide: place the spool, follow the thread path through the tension discs and thread the needle, then wind and fit the bobbin in the lower case. Select the required stitch type and adjust stitch length and width based on fabric and seam type. Test the settings on a fabric scrap before sewing the main item. Use the free arm for round pieces and attach the appropriate presser foot when inserting zippers or sewing buttonholes. Move the fabric gently; do not force thick layers through the feed dogs to avoid uneven stitches.

Recommendations

For best results, use thread and needles matched to fabric weight, perform a tension test on a scrap, and maintain the machine by cleaning lint from the bobbin area and oiling per the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions. For thick multiple layers, sew slowly with an appropriate needle and consider using a walking foot or reducing bulk by trimming seam allowances where possible.
