How to use

Separate sheets from the box and, where applicable, cut or fold labels to fit document inserts or parcel windows. Write directly on the label surface using pens, markers or print using a compatible desktop printer if required; verify printer settings to match label dimensions and sheet layout. Insert labels into envelopes or slide into clear pockets for temporary attachment, or place inside files and folders where non-adhesive placement is preferred.

Recommendations

Store labels flat in the original box in a dry environment to prevent warping. For printed use, perform a test print on a single sheet to confirm alignment and ink compatibility. Avoid exposure to prolonged moisture or excessive heat to maintain paper integrity and print quality.
