Sada vrtáků Metabo 630824000

The Metabo 630824000 drill bit set contains ten carbide-tipped bits designed for drilling into hard concrete, masonry, and natural stone. Each bit is produced to deliver precise hole placement and sustained cutting performance under heavy use. The set is intended to provide consistent results across repeated operations and is compatible with SDS-plus rotary hammer drills and similar chucks commonly used for demanding drilling tasks.

Advantages

The bits feature carbide tips for enhanced wear resistance and long life when working with abrasive materials. Their optimized flute geometry facilitates efficient dust evacuation, reducing clogging and heat build-up during extended drilling. Hardened steel shanks ensure secure engagement with the drill chuck while maintaining dimensional stability. The set covers multiple sizes for flexible use across a range of hole diameters.

Suitable for

• Drilling anchor and bolt holes in reinforced and unreinforced concrete
• Creating openings in brick, blockwork and natural stone
• Preparing fixing points for installation of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
• General renovation and construction tasks requiring carbide-tipped masonry bits

Key specifications

• Number of pieces: 10
• Tip material: carbide
• Designed material: concrete, masonry, natural stone
• Shank type: compatible with SDS-plus style chucks
• Flute design: optimized for dust removal and heat reduction
• Intended use: rotary hammer drilling

How to use

Select a bit size appropriate for the required hole diameter and the fixing to be used. Secure the bit in the drill according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, ensuring proper engagement with the chuck. Use the rotary hammer mode when drilling into concrete, applying steady pressure without forcing the bit. Periodically withdraw the bit to clear debris and allow cooling. For best results on reinforced concrete, use short drilling intervals and apply lubricant or cooling only if specified by the tool or bit manufacturer.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection and dust extraction or a mask when drilling. Match the bit size to anchor or fixing recommendations and avoid side-loading the drill to prevent bit breakage. Store bits in a dry container to protect carbide tips and maintain performance.
