Plug the mixer into a compatible AC 220–240 V outlet, select one of the nine speed settings or press the turbo function for short bursts of extra power. Move the mixer smoothly through the mixture to ensure even processing and switch off before removing accessories. Clean detachable accessories after use according to the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, start mixing at a low speed to avoid splashing, then increase speed as needed. Use short turbo bursts for thick mixtures. Ensure accessories are fully seated before operating and allow the motor to cool during extended heavy use.
