Rozpěrná kotva Fischer 568106

The Fischer Expansion anchor 568106 is a nylon 6 mm x 50 mm plug engineered for secure fixings in a wide range of building materials, including autoclaved aerated concrete, brick, concrete, gypsum fibre board and masonry. Supplied in boxes of 100 pieces, this anchor is designed for reliable mechanical anchorage where controlled expansion and high holding values are required.

Advantages

The 4-way expansion transfers force evenly into the base material, providing high holding values in solid and perforated substrates. Special fixing blades pre-fix the screw in the plug so the screw stays in place during installation, which frees both hands for positioning. The expansion-free plug neck prevents surface expansion forces while the screw is turned, reducing the risk of damage to tiles or plaster. The plug’s shape allows easy insertion into the drill hole with a few light hammer blows, and the greater anchorage depth improves performance in hollow materials, aerated concrete and where plaster needs to be bridged. A noticeable tightening torque gives clear feedback when the screw is correctly installed and helps avoid overtightening.

Suitable for

• Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC)
• Solid brick and masonry
• Concrete
• Gypsum fibre board and plastered substrates
• Fixings in hollow building materials and chipboard with appropriate screws

Key specifications

• Brand: FISCHER
• Model / MPN: 568106
• Type: Expansion anchor / plug
• Material: Nylon
• Diameter: 6 mm
• Length: 50 mm
• Drill hole diameter: 6 mm
• Contents: 100 pieces per box
• Suitable screw types: Wood screws, chipboard screws, stud screws

How to use

Drill the correct diameter hole (6 mm) to the required depth in the base material, remove dust from the hole, then insert the plug flush with the surface. For pre-positioned installation insert the screw through the fixture into the plug; for push-through installation place the plug in the hole first and then push the fixture against it. Begin tightening the screw; the fixing wings will fold inwards to pre-fix the screw and the plug will expand in four directions to anchor in the material. Use a screw length equal to plug length + fixture thickness + screw diameter to ensure proper engagement.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant screws where required by the environment. For hollow or low-density materials and for bridging plaster, select the increased anchorage depth of this variant. Observe the specified drill diameter and embedment depth for the chosen substrate and follow local building regulations and load tables for safe design.
