Rázový utahovák Graphite 58G038

The Graphite 58G038 spanner wrench is a brushless impact spanner designed for durability and efficient fastening. Featuring a robust brushless motor and a 1/2" drive, this tool delivers multiple torque and speed settings to match different fastening tasks. Weighing approximately 1.23–1.24 kg, it balances portability and leverage, and is supplied as a single piece. The model includes an illumination function and a comfortable, non-slip handle for improved control in various work conditions. It is part of the Energy+ rechargeable system and is compatible with Graphite lithium-ion batteries; a 4 Ah battery is recommended for extended operation.

Advantages

The brushless motor offers higher efficiency and longer service life compared with brushed designs, while the 1/2" drive provides secure engagement with standard sockets. Multiple torque stages (200 / 320 / 420 Nm) and corresponding impact frequencies (approx. 1800 / 2500 / 3300 impacts/min) allow the tool to handle a wide range of tightening and loosening tasks. Built-in illumination and a non-slip ergonomic handle improve usability in low-light and high-torque situations. Lightweight construction (around 1.23–1.24 kg) reduces operator fatigue during prolonged use.

Suitable for

• Building trades: fastening and dismantling structural connections
• Mechanics: wheel nuts, suspension and chassis work
• DIY and hobby projects requiring high torque
• Workshop and maintenance tasks with medium to heavy fastening requirements

Key specifications

• Drive type: 1/2" square drive
• Motor type: brushless
• Selectable torque levels: approx. 200 / 320 / 420 Nm
• Impact frequency: approx. 1800 / 2500 / 3300 impacts per minute
• No-load speed (revs): approx. 1600 / 2000 / 2600 rpm
• Weight: around 1.23–1.24 kg
• Illumination: integrated work light
• Power system: compatible with Energy+ lithium-ion batteries (recommended 4 Ah capacity)

How to use

Install a compatible 1/2" socket on the drive and select the appropriate torque/impact setting for the fastener and application. Attach a charged Energy+ lithium-ion battery, preferably 4 Ah for longer runtime, and engage the trigger to operate. Use the illumination when working in dimly lit areas. Apply steady pressure and allow the impact mechanism to drive or remove fasteners; switch to a lower torque setting when finishing to avoid over-tightening. Follow standard safety practices: secure workpieces, wear eye protection, and disconnect the battery before changing accessories.

Recommendations

For prolonged jobsite use, choose a 4 Ah Energy+ battery to extend continuous operation. Match torque settings to the fastener and material, and use the illumination feature for accurate positioning. Regularly inspect sockets and fasteners for wear and maintain the tool according to the manufacturer's instructions to ensure reliable performance.
