Příslušenství k patch panelu METZ CONNECT 130861-1202KE

The METZ CONNECT 130861-1202KE patch panel accessory is a wall-mounting bracket engineered for secure installation of patch panels and small networking components. Constructed from aluminium, steel and zinc, the accessory combines rigidity with corrosion resistance while maintaining a compact footprint of 240.5 mm width, 110 mm depth and 43.6 mm height. The halogen-free construction and compliance with REACH and RoHS standards support safe indoor installation and reduced environmental impact.

Advantages

The combination of aluminium, steel and zinc ensures mechanical strength and dimensional stability for mounting patch panels in cabinet-free or small-space environments. Its compact dimensions allow placement in tight wiring closets or on utility walls without excessive protrusion. Compliance with international environmental and safety standards provides assurance for installations that require reduced hazardous substances and adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Suitable for

• Wall mounting of 19-inch or similarly sized patch panels in limited-space environments
• Network closets, server rooms and telecom infrastructure where a compact mount is required
• Retrofit installations that need a stable bracket for patch panels without full cabinet enclosure

Key specifications

• Material: aluminium, steel and zinc
• Width: 240.5 mm
• Depth: 110 mm
• Height: 43.6 mm
• Halogen-free construction
• Compliance: REACH and RoHS standards

How to use

Attach the accessory to a suitably rated wall surface using appropriate fasteners for the wall material and expected load. Align the bracket so that the mounting holes match the patch panel or equipment to be installed, then secure the equipment to the accessory using compatible screws. Ensure the mounted panel is level and that cable routing allows for strain relief and access. Verify that the installation and fasteners comply with local building and electrical codes.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners matched to the wall substrate and the accessory materials. Inspect the mounting periodically to confirm that screws remain tight and that there is no undue stress on cabling or connectors. For installations in environments with strict material requirements, confirm that the halogen-free and REACH/RoHS compliance meets site-specific policies.
