Přenosová sada HP Intermediate transfer belt ITB kit

The HP Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB) Kit is a replaceable maintenance component for compatible HP laser printers, engineered to support continuous high-volume printing. Designed for a page yield of up to 150,000 pages, the ITB kit plays a central role in transferring toner from individual imaging drums to the paper, contributing to consistent image registration and uniform color output across long print runs.

Advantages

The transfer belt improves color consistency and alignment throughout large print jobs, reducing banding and registration errors. As a single integrated unit, the kit simplifies maintenance and replacement procedures, helping to minimize printer downtime. Its durable construction supports sustained operation at high duty cycles and maintains stable print quality over the rated life.

Suitable for

• High-volume office printing where predictable maintenance intervals are required
• Production environments demanding consistent color and image registration
• Print shops or departments that schedule regular preventative maintenance

Key specifications

• Estimated page yield: up to 150,000 pages
• Component type: intermediate transfer belt for laser printers
• Compatibility: designed for use in compatible HP color laser printer models
• Role in printing process: transfers toner from imaging drums to media for final fusing

How to use

Replace the intermediate transfer belt following the printer manufacturer’s service instructions. Power off and unplug the printer before beginning maintenance. Open the printer access panels indicated in the service manual, remove the used transfer belt assembly, and install the new kit ensuring it is seated correctly and locks into place. Close the access panels, reconnect power, and run any recommended calibration or alignment procedures through the printer control panel or service menu to restore optimal print quality.

Recommendations

Monitor print quality and perform inspections at regular intervals; replace the transfer belt at or before the recommended page yield to maintain color fidelity and prevent print defects. Use genuine or manufacturer-recommended supplies and follow environmental guidelines—store the kit in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high humidity.
