How to use

Select and insert the desired blade for fine, medium, coarse grating or slicing. Place the grater on a stable, flat surface and ensure the anti-slip pad is in contact with the countertop. For small items, secure them in the removable food holder/finger guard before grating. Grate or slice directly into the removable storage box or onto a plate. After use, disassemble the removable parts and wash according to the manufacturer’s instructions; components are dishwasher-safe.

Recommendations

Use even, controlled pressure when grating to maintain blade performance and safety. Always use the food holder for small pieces and keep blades covered or stored safely when not in use. Match the blade choice to the task (fine for zest, medium for soft cheeses, coarse for root vegetables, slicing blade for thin cuts).
