Pila Gardena 200 P

The Gardener’s Folding Saw 200 P is a compact folding saw from GARDENA with a total length of 215 mm. Designed as an easy-to-use all-round tool, it is suitable for cutting thicker branches and for general minor sawing tasks in the garden and outdoors. The hard-chrome-plated blade features impulse-hardened precision teeth with triple grinding for efficient cutting with minimal effort. The blade folds into the ergonomically shaped handle for safe storage and transport, and the tool includes an eyelet for hanging. The saw is covered by a 25-year warranty.

Advantages

Easy sawing is achieved through ergonomic design, quality materials and a blade geometry that requires little force. The hard-chrome finish and impulse-hardened teeth deliver a clean, precise cut and simplify notching. The saw locks securely in several positions for safe use and also locks closed for safe transport and storage. A handle stop prevents the hand from slipping during pulling strokes, and soft handle sections improve grip and comfort. The compact folded size makes it convenient to carry in a pocket or hang by the eyelet.

How to use

Open the saw by releasing the lock using the thumb hole and set the blade to the required locking position. Position the blade on the branch and saw using controlled back-and-forth strokes; the impulse-hardened teeth are effective in both push and pull motions, and the handle stop helps prevent slipping during pulling. After use, fold the blade back into the handle until it locks closed for safe transport or storage. Use one- or two-handed sawing as needed depending on branch thickness.

Recommendations

For best results, ensure the blade is clean and free of sap before storage, use steady, even strokes and avoid forcing the saw. Store folded in a dry place to preserve the hard-chrome finish and prolong the 25-year warranty life.
