Patch kabel helos E2000 Multi-Mode 2 m 50/125

helos E2000 patch cable, 2 m, aquamarine. This multimode fibre patch cable uses 50/125 µm OM3 fibre and E2000 Multi‑Mode connectors on both ends. It is intended for fibre optic connections in LANs, data centres and telecom installations where short‑reach multimode links between equipment, patch panels or fibre shelves are required.

Advantages

The cable delivers multimode OM3 optical performance with a 50/125 µm core/cladding diameter and standardized E2000 Multi‑Mode connectors for straightforward mating. At 2 m length it offers compact, flexible routing and simple handling while the aquamarine jacket provides quick visual identification in structured cabling environments. The construction supports reliable short‑reach data transmission and easy integration into existing fibre infrastructures.

Suitable for

• Short‑reach interconnects between switches, servers and transceivers
• Patch panels and fibre distribution frames in data centres
• LAN backbone segments and telecom equipment interlinks
• Test and measurement setups requiring OM3 multimode patching

Key specifications

• Type: Patch cable, OM3 multimode fibre
• Fibre: 2 fibres, 50/125 µm (core/cladding)
• Connectors: 2 × E2000 Multi‑Mode (both ends)
• Length: 2 m
• Colour: Aquamarine
• Brand / MPN / EAN: helos / 254682 / 4005938546824

How to use

Route the 2 m helos E2000 multimode patch cable between corresponding E2000 ports on equipment, patch panels or transceivers. Ensure connectors and adapter housings are clean before mating to maintain optical performance. Insert each E2000 connector straight into the matching receptacle until it latches; avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable during installation. For removal, release the connector latch and withdraw straight out to prevent damage.

Recommendations

Keep connector endfaces clean and protected when not in use, follow manufacturer guidelines for minimum bend radius, and use aquamarine OM3 multimode patching for short‑reach links where laser‑optimized multimode fibre is specified.
