How to use

Open the legs on a stable, level surface and extend the sections to the required height. Secure each section using the quick-release levers, then mount your flashgun or reflector on the 5/8" spigot and tighten the connector. When lowering the stand, use the spring suspension to control the descent of each section and release the levers gradually to avoid sudden drops. Fold the legs and collapse the sections for transport or storage.
