Optický kabel InfiniBand BlueOptics SRCABLE15M-BO 15 m LC béžový

The BlueOptics SRCABLE15M-BO InfiniBand Fibre Optic Cable 15 m LC Beige is a 15-metre OM3 multimode fibre patch cable with LC connectors on both ends, designed for high-speed, full-duplex data transmission. Built for rack and data-centre environments, the cable uses laser-optimized multimode OM3 fibre and LC/UPC-style connectors to provide low insertion loss and high return loss. The beige LSZH sheath reduces halogen emissions and smoke in case of fire and supports compliance with common safety standards used in commercial installations.

Advantages

This fibre optic patch cable offers consistent optical performance with low attenuation per kilometre and certified input and return loss values. It is manufactured with branded multimode fibres and reliable ceramic-ferrule LC connectors to ensure stable mating cycles and long-term operation. The LSZH outer jacket provides flame retardant properties suitable for indoor deployment while minimizing hazardous emissions. Each cable is tested with interferometer and OTDR and supplied with test results to verify transmission parameters.

Suitable for

• Data centre patching between switches, patch panels and transceivers
• InfiniBand and high-speed Ethernet links requiring OM3 multimode fibre
• Structured cabling in office or server-room environments with LSZH requirements
• Short to medium distance multimode connections up to typical enterprise link spans

Key specifications

• Length: 15 metres
• Fibre type: OM3 multimode (laser-optimized)
• Connector type: LC to LC (duplex, UPC polish)
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Polish/ ferrule: ceramic ferrule for low insertion loss and high durability
• Tested: interferometer and OTDR measurement report supplied
• Standards: manufactured to common industrial safety and performance norms

How to use

Connect one LC connector to the transmitting port on your transceiver, switch or patch panel and the other LC connector to the receiving port to establish a full-duplex multimode optical link. Route the cable through cable management paths or trays to avoid tight bends and mechanical stress. When connecting to optical transceivers, ensure connector endfaces are clean and free of dust; use appropriate cleaning tools or wipes before mating to maintain low insertion loss.

Recommendations

Store and install the cable in environments within the manufacturer’s recommended temperature and humidity ranges, avoid bend radii below the specified minimum for OM3 multimode fibre, and verify link performance after installation using optical loss test sets or the provided measurement protocol.
