Optický kabel DeLOCK LC Duplex na LC Duplex OM4 2 m

This DeLOCK fiber optical cable with LC Duplex to LC Duplex connectors is a 2 m OM4 multimode cable designed for full-duplex high-speed data transmission in network environments. It is intended to connect networking devices such as switches, media converters and other equipment that use LC duplex ports.

Advantages

The cable features an OM4 multimode fiber core for improved bandwidth and transmission distance compared with lower-grade multimode fibers. A metal armouring sheath provides increased protection against mechanical damage, moisture, dust and rodents while preserving flexibility and bendability. The LC Duplex connectors enable reliable full-duplex links for networking applications.

How to use

Ensure both network devices are powered down or in a maintenance state if required by your site procedures. Align the LC Duplex connectors with the corresponding LC ports on each device and insert until the latch clicks. Verify link status on the devices and perform any necessary network configuration. Avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable during installation to maintain fiber performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, route the cable with gentle bends (observe the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius), protect termination points from dust with dust caps when not in use, and avoid placing the cable under sustained mechanical stress. Use in environments suited for multimode OM4 fiber—typical LAN and data centre short- to medium-range links.
