How to use

Place the helmet on the head and adjust the internal headband so the helmet sits securely and comfortably across the forehead and crown. Lower the integrated metal mesh visor when work tasks may produce flying debris; raise it when clear vision is required and the hazard is absent. Attach or adjust the uvex pheos K2P mechanical ear protection as needed to cover the ears fully; ensure it engages correctly with the helmet fittings. Check fit and function before each use.

Recommendations

Inspect the helmet, visor and ear defenders for cracks, deformation or excessive wear before each use. Do not modify the shell, visor or ear protection; replace any damaged components with original uvex parts. Store the set in a dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Follow applicable workplace safety rules and the manufacturer’s instructions for service life and replacement intervals.
