Nespravovaný switch Trendnet TEG-S24DG

The Trendnet TEG-S24DG is an unmanaged 24-port Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for straightforward, high-speed wired networks. It delivers a total switching capacity of 48 Gbps in full-duplex mode, providing reliable connectivity for small to medium-sized offices or workgroups. The switch comes in a sturdy metal housing with a built-in universal power supply and diagnostic LEDs to assist with basic troubleshooting.

Advantages

GREENnet technology automatically adjusts power voltage to reduce energy consumption by up to 70% without requiring any configuration. The 24 Gigabit Auto-MDIX RJ-45 ports support plug-and-play installation, while the metal desktop design and integrated power supply reduce cable clutter. The device’s forwarding capacity and Gigabit speeds help prevent network congestion for common office applications.

Suitable for

• Small and medium-sized business LANs
• Office workgroups requiring high-speed wired connectivity
• Expanding existing unmanaged network infrastructure
• Environments where energy efficiency is desired

Key specifications

• Model: TEG-S24DG
• Ports: 24 x Gigabit Auto-MDIX RJ-45
• Switch type: Unmanaged
• Forwarding capacity: 48 Gbps (full-duplex)
• Product colour: Black
• Weight: 1.7 kg

How to use

Place the metal desktop switch on a stable surface or mount it in a rack if compatible. Connect the included power cord to the built-in universal power supply and plug into an AC outlet. Use standard Ethernet cables to connect devices to the RJ-45 ports; ports support Auto-MDIX so crossover cables are not required. The switch is unmanaged and requires no configuration—devices will communicate automatically once connected.

Recommendations

Install the switch in a well-ventilated area away from heat sources. For optimal performance, use Cat5e or higher Ethernet cables and ensure connected devices support Gigabit speeds where required. Although GREENnet reduces power draw, place the device on a stable surface and secure network cabling to avoid accidental disconnection.
