Nářadí Wiha 800 modrá žlutá

The Wiha 800 Blue Yellow is a recoilless hammer designed for controlled strikes during assembly and clamping operations. It features a precision steel tubing housing with an integrated welded shaft and a hickory handle coated with an ergonomic profile for comfortable grip. The hammer head contains cast iron balls to reduce recoil, and both striking faces are made of medium-hard, colourfast, wear-resistant yellow polyurethane. The tool weighs 460 g and is produced to GS safety standards.

Advantages

The steel-tube housing with powder coating provides robust protection against wear and corrosion while maintaining precise alignment of the welded shaft. The hickory handle with ergonomic surface offers reliable grip and shock absorption. Cast iron balls inside the head minimise recoil for controlled, repeatable strikes. Polyurethane faces are medium-hard, colourfast and wear-resistant, suitable for protecting workpiece surfaces.

How to use

Hold the hickory handle with a firm grip and align the polyurethane face with the target surface. Deliver controlled strikes using the hammer head; the internal cast iron balls will reduce recoil and help maintain a steady striking motion. Use appropriate force according to the required impact and the sensitivity of the workpiece surface to avoid damage. Inspect the faces regularly and replace the hammer if faces are excessively worn.

Recommendations

Use the Wiha 800 for tasks requiring precise, low-recoil strikes. Select a moderate striking force when working on finished or delicate surfaces to preserve surface integrity. Store in a dry place to protect the hickory handle and powder-coated housing.
