Modul optického transceiveru PLANET MTB-TLR

The PLANET MTB-TLR is a high-performance SFP+ fiber optic transceiver module designed for devices with a 10G SFP+ interface. Supporting a maximum data transfer rate of 10000 Mbit/s and operating at a wavelength of 1310 nm, this metallic-bodied module enables reliable long-distance 10G Ethernet connectivity for enterprises, telecoms, ISPs and data center cloud environments. It supports multi-mode connections for shorter links and single-mode deployment for extended distances.

Advantages

The MTB-TLR offers stable 10G transmission with a robust metallic enclosure that improves durability in various networking environments. Its SFP+ form factor ensures easy installation and compatibility with PLANET 10G equipment. The transceiver is engineered to meet requirements for long-reach fiber links, enabling efficient high-bandwidth connections between switches, servers and network equipment.

Suitable for

• 10G Ethernet links between switches and routers
• Interconnections in data centers and cloud infrastructure
• Enterprise and ISP fiber backbones
• Telecom network uplinks and aggregation

Key specifications

• Interface type: SFP+
• Maximum data transfer rate: 10000 Mbit/s
• Wavelength: 1310 nm
• Product colour: Metallic
• Manufacturer model: MTB-TLR (PLANET)

How to use

Insert the MTB-TLR transceiver into a compatible 10G SFP+ slot on your switch, router or optical device until it clicks into place. Connect the corresponding single-mode fiber using an LC connector on the transceiver port. Verify link status on the host device and configure network settings as required for your environment. Follow your equipment vendor’s instructions for hot-plugging and safe removal.

Recommendations

Use single-mode fiber for long-distance links and check that transceiver wavelength and fiber type match at both ends. Ensure the host device supports SFP+ 10G modules and maintain clean LC connectors to prevent signal loss. For industrial deployments, consider PLANET MTB-T series models rated for extended temperature ranges if operating in harsh environments.
