Krimpovací kleště na kabely Cimco 106202

The Cimco 106202 cable crimper is a hand tool engineered for precise crimping of a variety of cable connectors. Its compact form and balanced weight make it suitable for confined workspaces and for tasks where control and repeatable crimps are required. Constructed from durable materials, the tool is intended for repeated use in electrical, telecom and general wiring applications where secure, low-resistance connections are necessary.

Advantages

The crimper offers consistent crimp quality through a shaped jaw profile that aligns the connector and conductor during compression. An ergonomic handle design reduces hand fatigue during extended use and improves grip in workshop or on-site conditions. Robust construction and corrosion-resistant finishes contribute to long service life and reliable performance. Its compact size and moderate weight simplify storage and transport between job sites.

Suitable for

• Crimping insulated and non-insulated terminals and ferrules
• Electrical wiring and cable assembly in domestic and commercial installations
• Telecommunications and network cable terminations
• Small-scale DIY and maintenance tasks requiring secure electrical connections

Key specifications

• Tool type: manual cable crimper for connector termination
• Jaw style: shaped crimping jaw designed for consistent compression
• Handle: ergonomic, non-slip grip for improved control
• Size and portability: compact hand tool suitable for confined spaces
• Material and finish: durable metal construction with corrosion-resistant coating

How to use

Select the appropriate connector or terminal and prepare the cable by stripping the insulation to the specified length. Insert the conductor into the connector, position the connector between the crimper jaws and apply steady pressure until the crimp profile is fully formed. Inspect the crimp visually and, if required for the application, perform a pull or continuity test to verify a secure electrical and mechanical connection. Store the tool in a dry place and perform routine checks for wear or damage to maintain consistent crimp quality.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable results, use connectors rated for the conductor size and application. Avoid excessive twisting of conductors before crimping and ensure the insulation is stripped to the correct length. Periodically clean the jaws and check for wear; replace the tool if jaws are deformed or if crimps become inconsistent. Use personal protective equipment as appropriate when working with live circuits or in industrial environments.
