Konvertor Olympus FCON-T01

The Olympus FCON-T01 is a dedicated wide converter designed for use with the Olympus TG-1 camera. Finished in black, this optical accessory expands the native angle of view to capture wider scenes without changing the camera body or primary lens. The converter mounts directly to the front of the TG-1, preserves image quality, and is intended for outdoor, travel and group photography where a broader perspective is required.

Advantages

The converter provides a wider field of view, enabling landscape and group shots that include more of the scene. Its design is compact and matches the camera's aesthetic in black, maintaining a low-profile setup. It is straightforward to mount and remove, and is optimized to work with the TG-1 optical path to minimize vignetting and preserve central sharpness.

Suitable for

• Landscape photography where a wider perspective is needed
• Group and event photos that require more coverage
• Travel and outdoor shooting when you want to capture expansive scenes without changing lenses
• Users of the Olympus TG-1 seeking an easy wide-angle solution

How to use

Attach the converter to the front of the Olympus TG-1 according to the camera manufacturer's instructions, aligning the coupling points and locking it into place. Check framing and focus after mounting to ensure the wider perspective meets your composition needs. Recommendations

For best results, use the converter in daylight or well-lit conditions and verify focus and exposure on the TG-1 after mounting. When shooting near strong light sources, monitor for flare and adjust shooting angle or use lens hooding accessories if available. Keep the converter clean and store it in a protective pouch to avoid scratches on the optical surfaces.
