Konektor RJ-45 Telegärtner J80029A0000

The Telegärtner J80029A0000 is a metallic RJ-45 wire connector designed for reliable network terminations and durable mechanical strain relief. Made from zinc, this compact connector measures 15.6 x 44.5 x 13.2 mm and is supplied singly. The metal housing provides enhanced shielding and physical protection for modular RJ-45 terminations in patch panels, keystone jacks, or custom cable assemblies.

Advantages

The zinc construction delivers robust mechanical strength and corrosion resistance while supporting consistent contact alignment. The metallic housing contributes to improved electromagnetic shielding compared with plastic alternatives, reducing interference in sensitive installations. Its compact dimensions and standardized RJ-45 form factor make it compatible with common cabling systems and simplify replacement or retrofit work.

Key specifications

• Material: zinc metal housing for durability and shielding
• Connector type: RJ-45 modular plug form factor
• Dimensions: 15.6 x 44.5 x 13.2 mm (W x L x H)
• Packaging: single unit per pack
• Application: designed for Ethernet/network cable terminations and patching

How to use

Strip the network cable to expose conductor pairs according to the chosen termination scheme, insert conductors into the mating contact assembly and seat the RJ-45 connector into the metal housing until it locks into place. Ensure correct pair alignment and full insertion to achieve reliable electrical contact. After assembly, test the terminated cable with an appropriate cable tester to verify continuity and pair integrity.

Recommendations

Use the metallic RJ-45 connector in installations where mechanical robustness and improved shielding are required; avoid excessive force during insertion and follow standard cabling best practices, including maintaining proper bend radii and strain relief to preserve long-term connection integrity.
