konektor RCA ShiverPeaks BS52091-S

The ShiverPeaks BS52091-S RCA wire connector is a single male RCA plug finished in gold, designed to provide reliable connections for audio and video equipment. Its gold-coloured exterior improves contact conductivity and helps resist corrosion, while the compact single-pack format simplifies replacements and bespoke cable assemblies.

Advantages

The gold finish enhances electrical conductivity and offers greater resistance to oxidation compared with untreated metal surfaces. The male RCA design ensures straightforward mating with standard RCA female sockets used in consumer and professional AV equipment. Its compact construction makes it suitable for tight spaces and for use in custom cable building or repair tasks.

Suitable for

• Connecting analog audio components such as amplifiers, receivers, and CD players
• Linking composite video sources to displays or capture devices
• Custom cable assemblies, repairs, and replacement of damaged RCA plugs
• Home theatre, stereo systems, and multimedia setups requiring a single male RCA connector

Key specifications

• Connector type: male RCA (phono) plug
• Finish: gold-coloured plating for improved contact conductivity
• Pack quantity: one connector per pack
• Intended use: signal transmission for analog audio and composite video
• Form factor: compact inline plug suitable for standard RCA sockets

How to use

Strip the cable to expose the central conductor and outer shield according to the connector's assembly requirements. Insert the central conductor into the male pin contact and secure the shield to the outer body or sleeve as specified by the connector design. After assembly, verify a firm mechanical fit and test the audio or video signal to confirm continuity and correct polarity. Follow any manufacturer-specific assembly instructions if available.

Recommendations

Use this gold-finished RCA connector where reliable analog signal contact is required; avoid using it in high-voltage or digital-only signal applications. Inspect solder joints or compression fittings after installation and ensure strain relief is used to prevent cable fatigue.
