Koaxiální konektor F-type Televes FPS0837

The Televes FPS0837 coaxial F-type connector is designed to provide dependable signal transmission between coaxial cables and compatible devices. Constructed for mechanical strength and stable electrical contact, this connector supports common residential and professional installations where low signal loss and secure connections are required. The compact design facilitates straightforward assembly and integration into existing coaxial cable runs.

Advantages

The connector offers a robust metal body that resists deformation and maintains consistent contact pressure. Its design minimizes insertion loss and return loss, helping to preserve signal integrity across the connection. Installation is simplified by a standard F-type thread and a geometry compatible with widely used coaxial cable jackets and dielectric sizes. The product is suitable for repeated connections without significant degradation of performance.

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket and dielectric to expose the central conductor and the braid according to the cable manufacturer's recommended dimensions. Slide the connector onto the prepared cable end, ensuring the central conductor projects through the inner contact and the braid is positioned to make contact with the connector body. Tighten the threaded coupling to the mating device or jack by hand and, if necessary, use a torque tool or wrench set to the recommended torque to ensure a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Verify signal quality after installation and re-seat if any degradation is observed.

Recommendations

Use the connector with 75 Ω coaxial cables appropriate for TV and satellite signals. Avoid excessive torque during tightening to prevent damage to the connector or the mating device. For outdoor or damp locations, combine with suitable weatherproofing measures such as sealing tape or boots to protect against moisture ingress.
