How to use

Select the appropriate tip (straight or 45° angled) for the retaining ring and access situation. Insert the plier tips into the ring holes or gripping points, apply steady pressure to compress or expand the ring as required, then position or remove the ring carefully. After use, clean the tools if necessary and store them in the supplied Gedore i-BOXX® 72 to protect tips and keep components organised.

Recommendations

Use the 45° angled tips for confined spaces and the straight tips for direct access. Ensure the correct orientation and secure grip on the ring before applying force. Wear appropriate eye protection when working with retaining rings to prevent injury from spring-back.
