Kabelový naviják Digitus DN-CR-001

The DIGITUS Cable Roller DN-CR-001 is a compact cable drum unwinder designed for easy, torsion-free winding and unwinding of large cable drums. Constructed from zinc-plated steel and weighing 5.95 kg, the unit accepts drum diameters from 102 mm to 600 mm, a maximum drum width of 540 mm and a maximum load of 150 kg. Its robust, maintenance-free construction makes it suitable for use on construction sites, in server rooms or other cabling projects where reliable cable handling is required.

Advantages

The dispenser offers stable support for heavy cable drums while minimizing torsion and material damage during unwinding. Its zinc-plated steel construction ensures corrosion resistance and long service life, and the lightweight design enables easy transport between job locations. Adjustable carrying rollers accommodate a wide range of drum diameters, making the product versatile for different cable types and drum sizes.

Suitable for

• Unwinding and winding large cable drums on construction sites
• Cable installation and management in server rooms and data centres
• Electrical and telecom installation projects
• Workshops and maintenance teams handling heavy cable rolls

How to use

Place the Cable Roller on a stable, level surface and adjust the carrying rollers to match the drum diameter. Position the cable drum on the dispenser so it rests securely on the rollers. Pull cable from the drum while rotating the drum by hand or using a suitable pulling device; the rollers will enable smooth, torsion-free unwinding. After use, remove the drum, fold or store the dispenser as required and transport to the next location.

Recommendations

Always verify that the cable drum weight does not exceed the 150 kg maximum load and that the drum width and diameter fall within the specified limits. Use on stable ground and secure the drum if necessary to prevent slipping. Regularly inspect the zinc-plated surface for damage and clean as needed to maintain corrosion resistance.
