Key specifications

How to use

Drill or prepare an appropriately sized aperture in the device housing or panel to accept the bulkhead connector. Insert the connector from the outside and secure it according to the enclosure’s design (press-fit or with included fixing method if applicable). Solder or crimp the internal wire leads to the connector’s terminals following standard polarity conventions, then test the connection with a compatible DC plug (2.5/5.5 mm). Ensure the device is powered off while making electrical connections.

Recommendations

Do not exceed the current and voltage limits of the connected device and cable. Verify polarity before applying power and use appropriate strain relief to prevent mechanical stress on the connector and wiring.
